Emaar One currently supports move-in and NOC requests, although the exact requirements and process can vary by property.
Depending on the property and applicant, documents such as an Ejari copy, Emirates ID and passport/visa details may be requested. Requirements, timelines and any deposit can vary, so confirm the current process through Emaar’s applicable community-management channel or your building.
Nakheel Communities

Managed by Nakheel Community Management (NCM), with applications submitted through My Nakheel (app or Nakheel Online Services). Some independent buildings may not use a master-developer online portal and may instead handle moving arrangements through their own facilities or security team.
